Our first fixed-wing UAV, designed for autonomous payload delivery. The aircraft navigated to designated rectangles on the ground, dropped its payload at precise coordinates, and returned — all without human intervention.
Building on our first entry, we returned with both a fixed-wing and a rotary-wing platform for the same autonomous delivery mission — extending our capability with two complementary airframes.
Our most ambitious project, a versatile UAV for emergency response, environmental monitoring, infrastructure inspection, and aerial surveying. Featuring a custom wing design and proprietary flight software, the platform was developed with support from a startup incubator. Built for affordability and accessibility, it delivers advanced capabilities at a fraction of the cost of comparable systems.
A structured curriculum covering aerodynamics, electronics, frame design, manufacturing, and autonomous flight. Delivered across 4 workshop cohorts, reaching over 60 students and building the next generation of UAV engineers.

Ongoing internal workshops in aerodynamics, electronics, software, and training the next generation of UFUK members while continuing multi-purpose UAV development within the startup incubator programme.
UFUK members earn admission to some of Turkey's most prestigious engineering institutions — including Istanbul Technical University (ITÜ) and Yildiz Technical University (YTÜ). A direct reflection of what happens when students are guided early, given real skills, and pushed to aim high.
Accepted into a startup incubator programme — receiving sponsorship and a dedicated workspace to continue developing the multi-purpose UAV platform independently. A turning point from competition entries to real-world product development.
Applied to TEKNOFEST with the multi-purpose UAV platform — a project that began in 2023 and grew into our most ambitious system: a UAV designed for both military and civil operations with a custom wing configuration and proprietary software. Accepted into the competition, but unable to continue due to financial constraints.
Returned to TEKNOFEST with an expanded dual-platform approach — both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft for the same autonomous delivery mission. Accepted again, demonstrating consistent technical growth.
UFUK begins collaborating with professionals and students from the global aerospace and UAV industry. Partners from multiple countries engage with the team's work — and several officially join UFUK as full members, bringing international expertise and perspective to the team for the first time.
