Fixed-Wing UAV

TEKNOFEST Autonomous Platform

Custom-designed fixed-wing UAV built for autonomous mission execution. Fibreglass composite frame, custom aerodynamic profile, integrated flight controller, and mission planning software. Completed three full competition cycles at TEKNOFEST.

Workshop Training Drone Fleet

A fleet of multirotor platforms built specifically for workshop use — designed to be durable, repairable, and easy for students encountering UAV systems for the first time. Used across all three course cohorts.

Education

UAV Foundations Curriculum

An 8-week structured curriculum covering aerodynamics, electronics, frame design, manufacturing, and first flight. Designed from scratch by the founding team, refined across three cohorts, and delivered to over 80 students.

Software

Mission Planning & Telemetry Tool

Custom ground control software built for TEKNOFEST competition requirements. Supports autonomous waypoint programming, real-time telemetry display, and pre-flight system checks.

Technical Capabilities

Aerodynamic Design

Wing profiling, lift-to-drag optimisation, and stability analysis using simulation and CFD tools.

Frame Manufacturing

Composite (fibreglass, carbon fibre) and 3D-printed frame construction. CNC-assisted cutting and finishing.

Avionics & Electronics

Flight controller integration, ESC programming, power distribution design, and full sensor wiring.

Autonomous Systems

Ardupilot and PX4 configuration, waypoint navigation, geofencing, and failsafe programming.

Software Development

Ground control tools, telemetry parsing, and Python automation for pre-flight checks and data logging.

Curriculum & Education Design

Structured learning pathway design, beginner-to-advanced workshop delivery, and student outcome tracking.

TEKNOFEST 2024 — Technical Design Report

Complete documentation of the competition UAV: aerodynamic analysis, structural design, electronics architecture, and autonomous flight system specification. Submitted as part of the official TEKNOFEST qualification process.
